    Hello,

    Great moment of loneliness when I realized that my refunds are configured in “manual”, when I would like them to be automatic… And especially when I have not (but then absolutely not) found how to configure them in automatic mode !

    Could a knowledgeable and charitable, compassionate, and full of benevolent pity soul, tell me how to proceed to do this please?

    To clarify, can you tell me how you would like the automatic refund? I mean are you adding a button (or functionality) on the orders for your customer to request a refund?

    No no no, not on the customer side, but on the admin dashboard one :
    for now, I have only the [Refund manually] button,
    and not the [Refund via tripe] one,
    so I need it like shown in the help here :

    UPDATE : My big apologies !

    I just saw the button automatically comes in “automatic refund” when we complete the refund form, which I hadn’t tried yet !

    So now I have not this issue anymore, since the refund systems seems to work as it should work (not like me nor my understanding ?? )

    So now I have not this issue anymore, since the refund systems seems to work as it should work (not like me nor my understanding ?? )
