How to Set-up Blog deeper in Website Hierarchy?

  • Hey folks!

    This is a simple question, but I couldn’t find an answer to it in the forums. I’m using the Thematic Theme on my website:

    and I’d like to set the blog up on a separate page, and have the homepage as just another page (“Home”). I’ve poked around the Dashboard, but couldn’t figure out how to do it!

    Any help would be much appreciated!

  • Have you tried setting your front page to display a static page (/wp-admin/options-reading.php)?

    That did it…thanks! I just realized that I had done this on another site a year or so ago, but I’d forgotten how it works. That this function is on the “Reading” options page seems so unintuitive to me!
