How to set up Google Analytics?

    Hi there,

    The GA code is added to the site, and it is enabled on the WP Live Chat plugin, but how can we track? I’m not seeing it anywhere, even with test chat sessions on the live site.

    How do we set this up?

    We are aware of some other users having similar issues with tracking.

    We intend on resolving this in an upcoming update.

    Our apologies for the trouble experienced.

    Thank you for confirming, we will take a look at the website while preparing the new version of WP Live Chat Support for release.

    We will most likely include a patch to resolve this permanently based on our finding on your site.
