How to set up members only page with notifications

Hello,

I need to create an area inside my wordpress website that is for registered users only (the sign up form would have custom fields) and that sends me an email everytime one of those users login or download one of the hd pictures available there.

I found some plugins for memberships and access restricted that could work for the registered users only part, but I couldn’t find one that would work for the notifications.

Can anyone please give me some help or direct me to a plugin or plugin combination that could do this?
