I need to set up charges for a specific postcodes in London as these attract a higher charge than other postcodes in London.

One of the Postcodes is all areas starting “SE1”. The other is “SE11, 4, 5 & 6”.

I HAVE THEM SET UP AS
    SE1*
    SE11 5*
    SE11 4*

However I also have postcodes “SE15” which do not have the extra charge but when the customer inputs an “SE15” postcode they are charged extra.

Is there a way to separate the charge?

All plugins are upto date and I have version 5.3.2.2 installed with WC version 5.3–en_GB

    Hello,

As of the question, I believe, the issue is that ‘SE1*’ matches all postcodes starting with SE1, e.g. ‘SE1 1AA’, ‘SE15 1AA’, etc.

Anyway, your question is related to the core WooCommerce functions rather than to Weight Based Shipping, since this plugin doesn’t control postcode matching and shipping zones. Here is more docs on WooCommerce Shipping Zones: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/. You might also want to address your question to the WooCommerce support area.
