I’m not really sure why but my product is not showing free shipping. I have free shipping on products that are over £50 but this does not show in Google Shopping. Instead, it just says “+Delivery”.

When you compare the products you get further details and it says “Delivery date and cost is shown at checkout”. I want to show that it’s free delivery in Google Shopping and not need the customer to click through to the website.

I did set these rules in merchant center but now when I look in merchant center it says “Delivery settings are being handled by WooCommerce”. Is this setting in Product Feed Pro?

Ideally, I just want to manage delivery only in merchant center as the rules are not complex. How do I prevent delivery settings from being handled by Woo Commerce and instead set them manually in Merchant Center? And therefore I assume it will show free shipping for those products?

    Thanks!

  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Did you already checked out this tutorial on how to add shipping costs from WooCommerce to your feed or directly to your Google Merchant Center? https://adtribes.io/add-shipping-costs-google-shopping-feed/

    Hope this helps?

Yes I did but this does not help me.

I want to manage delivery only in merchant center however, when I go to merchant center I see this: “Delivery settings are being handled by WooCommerce”.

This is why I was asking how to force merchant center to use delivery settings configured there instead of woocommerce.

    Thanks.

This notification “Delivery settings are being handled by WooCommerce” must be coming from somewhere. Did you previously uploaded your products to your Google Merchant Center some other way? It should definitely not prevent you from setting up shipping costs manually in your Google Merchant Center.

No, it’s a brand new eCommerce site and I’ve only used Product Feed Pro.

    Thanks,
