how to set up shipping in woocommerce

I had the same problem – it is a bit hard at first but it is pretty cool – it actually has a bug which is really hard to replicate – Delete all Legacy settings BEFORE turning off legacy shipping – those settings appear to be remembered and there is no way to remove them after the fact…

Here is what I did as an example.

I wanted default Australia wide shipping:
Flat Rate: $10
Free Shipping: Orders Over $100

PLUS: If in CBD Melbourne, I wanted to offer courier ($15)

In this order

Zone:
Melbourne CBD (Regions: Victoria: 3000, 3001)
1. Free Shipping (minimum order amount $100)
2. Flat Rate ($10)
3. CBD Courier ($15)

Zone:
Australia Wide (Regions: Australia)
1. Free Shipping (minimum order amount $100)
2. Flat Rate ($10)

do i leave this field empty of fill it out?

Hi Shannon,
i put in a flat rate amount of $10.
When i view the basket the shipping says flat rate but doesn’t show any amount
i proceeded to checkout but it didn’t include the shipping cost as well
Could you please advise me.
Not sure what is the problem!
