How to set up two method of shipping ?

  • Hello guys,

    I have a website on Woocommerce (last version) and I want to set up two method of shipping depends on differents provinces in Canada :

    In Quebec and Ontario :
    Free shipping is available on orders over $60. Otherwise, a shipping fee of $15 will apply.

    In all other provinces :
    Free shipping is available on orders over $120. Otherwise, a shipping fee of $40 will apply.

    At this moment, only the fisrt method works for all the province.
