How to set up user registration AFTER payment (for memberships)

PayPal has been updating their landing pages for Express Checkout. What are you getting are their newer version, and it seems they don’t have the notes on there like they should. I’ve had this reported from quite a few people lately.

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about it from our end. I am going to submit a ticket with PayPal MTS, though, to see if they can shed some light on this.

I Love how easy it was to setup your plugin and get it to work for a once off payment. But i have two questions

1) Is there anyway say to setup an Order button that goes striaght to paypal rather than go through the checkout/cart page.

2)Is there anyway to get it to work with woocommerce subscriptions or for a paypal subscription payment.

There is an option in the Express Checkout settings to enable the button on the product pages, and also an option to enable it on the cart page. If the button is clicked from these pages the WC checkout page would be skipped entirely and the user would go straight to PayPal.

The plugin is not yet compatible with subscriptions. That is planned for a future update, but I’m not sure when we’ll be able to get it done.

Also estimating if there is any way to use PayPal express for my one time only paymet product and the normal PayPal for subscription payment

There isn’t a way to place the EC button anywhere, but we’ll see about adding that in a future update.

Unfortunately, it’s not yet compatible with Subscriptions either. We have that planned for the 1.3.0 release.
