How To Set Vanity URL w/ Bitly

Hello,

So I just installed the plugin (Goodbye Jetpack, hopefully forever) and was wondering how to set up a vanity url — ppdnews.us — that is linked to bitly. Can I just set it up as if I am using regular Bitly? I also have the WP Bitly plugin shortening the links for me.
