How to setup as candidate can chats with employers only not with admin

    Hi Team,

    I installed chat plugin but its setting shows candidate can only chat to admin ,can you help me any way to make possible to if candidate want to chat with employer of same job on job page and as similar from employer side Empoyers can chat with same candidate on his job posting page only , how can I do that setting.

    I mean if Candidate want to direct chat with Employer instead of admin.

    Hello @delhistreet, you can create as many WordPress users as you wish, without admin privileges. Just be sure to enable “Make this user a chat agent” option.

    Hello @delhistreet, it’s in WordPress users page, when you create/edit one user.
    There is a dedicated section for WP Live Chat, called “WP Live Chat by 3CX – User Fields”, just below “Account Management”.

    Thanks for update I found that option , but can I make it default checked, whenever an employer registers , this option by default active , only employers

    Hello @delhistreet, there is no such an option. We used to have, but it had problems and security issues so we removed. We feel that only the admin should decide who can answer the chats, and new unknown users aren’t good candidates to answer chats: they must be elevated by admin to chat agents.

    Hello @delhistreet, as we already suggested, make your employers subscribe to your WordPress and elevate them to chat agent: it’s really easy, many customers are doing this.

    Take some time to read the documentation and explore settings. This forum is intended for solving problems and issues.
