• Hi,

i’ve downloaded your plugin and now try to setup it.
But almost the first value in the configuration tab is not editable.
The Field “Clientnumber (EKP)” contains the value “1234567890” and is filled gray – so not editable.

    What should i do?
    thx

I’ve resolved this Problem by installing the plugin once again.

But now i have an other problem:
I’ve entered all Numbers, EKP, Participationnumber (it is 01 in every case of my accountnumber) and i’ve entered my username and passwortd. But when i try to create a label for an order i get this error:

“Please, provide a participation number for the shipping method in the DHL shipping settings”

    What is now the Problem?

    It’s like a miracle.
I don’t have changed the EKP or Participationnumber but now the Products in the “Labeleditor” changed and i can choose “DHL Paket”. So good so far, but now i got the error: “Invalid file path!”

WTF is this plugin doing??? And how can i solve this problem? Or should i wait some hours again doing nothing? ??

i’ve been waiting more than 24h and nothing changed.
but i found a topic here that the plugin does not run under windows environment because of other path structures. but nothing to read in the requirements.

    this is realy anoying!

We are working to ensure the plugin is Windows compatible and will release a version soon to do so.

This issue should be fixed with version 2.5.7, please test and confirm.
