How to Ship Order?

    Hi Team,

    After plugin update, as a vendor i am unable to mark order as shipped. Please let me know how can i mark order as shipped?

  • @saurabhj91 Make sure the shipping method for the shipping zone is “Flat Rate”, otherwise the vendor won’t get the shipping capability which enables them to mark the order shipped.

    In our next update, we will add the feature where the vendor will also get shipping capability for Free Shipping and Local Pickup.

    Hi Team,

    I have custom shipping method. What should i do for the same?

    @saurabhj91 In our next update we will add the shipping feature where the vendor will be able to access the shipping with any method provided by the admin, hence we will restrict the shipping with “Flat Rate” shipping.

    Hi Team,

    Have you enabled shipping for custom shipping method? Also from the old version when i try to mark the order as shipped it shows me the error. Please check screenshot https://prnt.sc/gviyk6

    Yes, we have provided vendor with the capability to also access Local Pickup and Free Shipping along with Flat Rate shipping.
