How to ship with 2 or more companies?

This is really confusing me.

I’ve got a store with some items I’ll ship from home. Other items ship with Printful (dropshipper) and some through Fine Art America (dropshipper.)

If a customer wants item one that’s shipped from Printful, but sees a “You might also like…” from Fine Art America, for instance, it seems like he’ll be using 2 different carts. This would get very confusing for the customer.

How would this be handled? Should I just not recommend anything from other dropshippers on the product page? This would certainly limit sales.
