How to shorten/remove the page URLs

  • If you have hierarchical pages, the short answer is, as far as I know, you can’t. If you want the page url to be just john-doe then don’t make the pages hierarchical.

    There could be a plugin to override this.

    That’s what I was worried about. Unfortunately, they have to be hierarchical and I’ve been unable to find a plugin to get around this. ??
