How to show a list of articles by a user when logged in

Hi

I am looking at a way where when a user who has written articles for my site can see all the articles they have written on the same page.

What i want to be able to do is for my site to have just one menu button which would be my articles, and when they are logged in it would show them the articles they have written.

So for example

if user 1 logged in and press my articles it would show his articles,

and if user 2 logged in and pressed my articles it would show her articles only

is there a way of doing this or a plugin to use.
