How to show a non-english character or word in slug?

I had that problem so I used hanyu pinyin for my post-slug to make it readable.

I still prefer to have a chinese word title, hanyupinyin is not SEO friendly and not easy to read :/

You would be surprised just how many people have got to my site by searching for hanyu pinyin.
