How to show a special menu for mobile only?

    I have 2 menus in the same page one as primary and other as a secondary but it’s preview in mobile is bad ..

    I want to create third menu that only shown in mobile only?

    how to do this or at least what is the recommend plugins to do it that not confit with phlox
