How to show content if {has_} is not available

I am designing my events page with Events Manager and want to have content displayed if a map / location is unavailable. I also want to have content displayed if bookings are not being collected (eg. for an Open House event). I know that {has_location} will show content if a location is declared and {has_booking} will show content if bookings are being collected, but how do I display something if the opposite is true?
