    We have multi-criteria but the customer’s results only show an average result. So what is the function of multi-criteria? It can’t show which criteria the customer appreciates well. If only an average result is displayed, then only 1 criteria is enough. No need for multiple criteria.

    I think ReviewX should have the option to show multi-criteria the customer reviewed.

    I understand and respect your concern. Actually, multicriteria’s results are shown in the graph results. So the appreciation of your customers for specific criteria reflects on the graph value.

    Based on individual criteria values, we calculate the average rating of a single rating. I must say, your suggestion is relevant and we can introduce this in the future.
