How to show customs value or details on success message from database

  • This will be great help if someone suggest us the process.
    We have created a form with form 7, now as our WordPress theme is subscription based, so what we need is after submitting the form we need to show some details from data base (of already registered users) like name, contact number etc.

    Can anyone please help to find right solution for this?
