how to show excerpts only on categories page

on this page of my site – tunemyheartblog.com/blog – i have a few categories on the page for easy navigation.
Here’s an example of a category page
https://tunemyheartblog.com/category/real-mom-life/motherhood/I want those category pages to display excerpts only, kind of like this site: https://cathyflorence.com/
I’ve searched around the forums but can’t figure it out ??
any tips/ help!?
