It should show up as normal, just like any other page.

It does not show at the top since the typical admin bar doesn’t show on those types of pages. Is there a way to invoke it with a keyboard shortcut? Maybe I’m looking for it in the wrong place.

Do you mean on the front end of your site or in the admin area?

If you mean the admin area, then you just need to uncheck the full screen option in the block editor settings panel (the three dots icon at top right). Bear in mind though that due to the nature of the block editor, a large amount of data loads in via Ajax requests to the REST API and therefore the queries for those won’t appear in Query Monitor.

If you mean the front end, then there’s no difference between a block editor page and any other.
