How to show only de first file

    I created a library page, like a bookstore, where I show the pdfs by subject. However, as there are many files, it is confusing to search for the desired title. To resolve, I want to show only the
    most current and have a file place where the user can see the other pdfs. How can I do this?

    I would also like to show the title of the file without having to hover over the image.
