how to show only one part of "about us" in front page?

    Pls check the front page of my site, http:www.selfiesticksales.com, pls indicate how to show only one part of “about us”,not full.

    I tried both full width page and default template…all showed full description in front page.thanks. Have no idea to show only part of full description.

    I wanna show a part of description until to SKYPE：XXXX ，back half description hided or showed ” READ MORE”, pls indicate. thx.

    I’m confused. The “about us” section is your home page content, you decided in the page what you want to show, if you want to show less just remove it from the page content? If you want to link to a different page just add a link in your page content? So if you only want to show the first paragraph only add the first paragraph to the home page. Can you explain more what I might be missing?

    The “about us” section is your home page content,YES.

    I only wanna show the first paragraph in homepage,but I cann’t remove balance second paragarph,third paragraph from page content.because it’s a whole. pls give me an idea. thanks.

    I don’t understand that? How is it a “whole”. Why can’t you just remove the text?
