How to show only Post titles on category pages ?

In general you can always use tools like for example Firebug to inspect the elements on your site and then modify CSS code as you like.

For example you could simply hide the thumbnails, meta data and excerpts on archives with some CSS:

.mh-loop-thumb, .mh-loop-meta, .mh-loop-excerpt { display: none; }
