The posts table is dynamic and so will automatically pull the year values stored in the custom field that you’ve added/created to the posts or custom post type that is displayed/listed/shown in the table.

You can add/store the year in the custom field either manually for each post, or add these year custom field data values in bulk by importing data to display in Posts Table Pro.
