How to show picture/video in first post?

Hello!

I’m modding a theme called Lounge 2. I was going to ask them for help, but I don’t want to bother them when the support is limited.

I want to get video or a picture in the first post on the frontpage. But it will only show text. If you click the post you get images and videos.

Where to I have to alter/edit?
