How to show posts of certain catagory

Sorry I should have been a bit clearer about what I was asking.

I have set my front page to be a static page.

I would like to include three links at the top of my page
1) All Posts (exc. the catagories techblog and downloads)

2) TechBlog (I have done this by linking to https://mydomain/category/techblog/)

3) Downloads (I have done this by linking to https://mydomain/category/downloads/)

The only but I don’t really know how to do is the first one.

In the same place select another (existing & empty) Page to be your “posts page” = answer to #1.
