How to show support icon only to logged in user

    Hi there. I would like to know if its possible to show the support icon only to logged in user cause i’m getting a lot of spamming message.

    Hi,

    Support icon will be available for both users and visitors.

    You can allow only users to create tickets or use captcha for visitors.
    Check the configurations.
    Admin > Help Desk > Configuraitons
