How to show testimonials in sidebar on homepage?

just install Testimonial Rotator plugin and follow the https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-add-rotating-testimonials-in-wordpress/ after getting shortcode,

drag & drop a Text widget to your WordPress sidebar on the Appearance ? Widgets screen in your dashboard. After adding the widget, you can simply add your shortcode inside the text edit area of the widget.

This can only be achieved with another theme that supports that feature or by installing a plugin as the one @addweb-solution-pvt-ltd suggested.
