How to show thank you message after submitting the form

Hi, make sure you disable the following feature Enable redirect after the message sends. under Advanced tab.

In regards to the thank you message, are you referring to a pop up or an e-mail sent with a thank you message?

I have unchecked the box of enable redirect after the message sends but still it is redirecting.

Regarding thank you message, I am referring to a pop up, which says thanks you, you message/email has been sent successfully.

Please help me with both the matters.

Hi, please carry out the following. Disable all your other plugins and try again to see if the form redirects after submission. Also make sure you have deleted the browser cache and if you are using a cache plugin, you delete the cache as well. In regards to the pop up, this plugin does not have that option.

That is the default functionality of the plugin. It always redirects to the home page. Did you want the form to stay in the forms page?

I want, after submitting the form it does not redirect, instead form stay open up with all data clear.

Then perhaps you might want to set up the redirect in the plugin settings to redirect back to the contact form. This might work for you. Give it a try and let me know.

What is your contact form URL in your website? That is the URL you have to add to the plugin redirect section I mentioned above.

I have not added any URL. I have added it through a popup plugin. When click on contact us a it pop up and show you the form but once submit the form it redirect

Now what I am asking you to try is to enable the above and add your contact us URL. See if this works for you. Let me know.
