How to show the result of poll in some other page

    Hi,
    I am using yop poll plugin and which is working great. But i need some info to make the result of poll is to be appear in some other page.

    Let say I have two page like poll page and poll individual result page(only positive votes)

    For the poll page i did as like this way
    yop-poll id=”1″ (It appear with two radio button with submit button)

    Is there is a way to show the positive(Yes Answers) result (I mean in the poll answer is yes or no ) in the poll result page.

    I am not sure how to do this can you explain me please ?
