How to show this in WordPress Admin menu

OK, so I found this code which allows a custom post type called homepage to be registered and then limited to 1 post thus creating an editable custom home page.

The only problem is it displays the edit links under posts, I need it to display as a main Admin menu item called Home page with a custom icon if possible but not essential.
