how to show website's header image on facebook post?

    Hi guys,

    when I try to share my blog’s link https://workwithcarlchia.com/, it doesn’t show the header image. Instead, it shows one of three thumbnail options in my blog post.

    I tried installing open graph plugins, putting in meta tags, using wordpress for SEO plugin, but nothing helps.

    Any idea?
