How to Shut Off “Our newest member:”

Hi,

Is there any way to shut off “Our newest member” or the statistics entirely?

I’m not able to find a “maintenance” option listed under “Forums” (I’m only seeing Dashboard, Forums, Settings, Tools, Moderation, Members, Usergroups, Phrases, Themes, Addons).

My email address is hanging out in public. So if anybody signs up — their email address will also be hanging out in public it appears as well.
