How to skip on-hold

    HI

    currently after student pay, the order is in on-hold state, it seems admin need to manually go to the order pages to mark it as complete.

    Is it a config or way to skip on-hold? so that after the pay, the order will in complete state, so that student can learn the course right away?

    Hello @mingewang

    Which payment gateway you are currently using? If it’s PayPal then order will be in complete status after successful payment otherwise if you are using offline payment you need to manually update the order status.

    Thanks for the quick response.

    It is Standard Paypal.

    I used paypal’s Sandbox to test. The AIP username/password/sigature is from Paypal’s NVP/SOAP API setting. Also the Paymement Actions was set to: Capture.

    After the paypal pay successful, the order was still in the on-hold state.

    Anything I miss-configured?
