• Dear support

I’m using the amazingly beautiful twentyfourteen WP theme in a basic blog format (no magazine or sliders)

I’m in the process of optimizing my website to load faster and recently i run it through GTmetrix.com

So i found out several suggestions like:

    * Specify image dimensions (when it comes to the featured images which appear in blog posts excerpts)

How can i customize the theme to specify the width – height dimensions on featured images?

    * Serve scaled images (HTML or CSS is automatically scaling some images probably cause of the responsiveness of the theme)

Is there an option to serve the smaller scaled images directly bypassing the HTML/CSS automatic scaling down?

    * Also how can i Remove query strings from static resources “?” to improve caching

thank you very much for your support.
