How to split the column of the header part ?!!!

    Hi Pro!
    I’m admin ad https://truelyads.com , and I want to spit the header part of current theme, I want to add more part at header include logo , menu , and widget ( replace social icon and contact infomation ). but I don’t known how to begin because my knowledge about css so bad.
    Has any pro help me ?!
