    Hi,

I have created a modified version of SH-Autolink with lots of extra functionality, but how do I tell the world about it?

Is there a list of WordPress plugin directories somewhere? And is directory submissions they way to tell the world about my plugin?

My new version is called SH-Autolink Super. It can do a few things in addition to the normal SH-Autolink functionality and it also does a few things differently.

    Thanks, Brian

Scroll up: Extend > Plugins… Developers centre etc. Follow the instructions.

What if I want to host the files myself?

(I just want people to be able to find my plugin)

In that case, upload them on your blog (make a page for it) – that way, people can find it via https://yourblog/projects/plugin-name

It is ofcourse, a good idea to keep the plugin updated here as well.

Also, you can make a “release” note here in the Plugins section of the forum, too.
