How to step-by-step develop this theme for our own sites?

  • Never done / coded or anything technical with a blog or website…is there a detailed step-by-step/how to for starting from ground zero in developing this theme for our sites? For example: Start with A; then you have a choice, do you want to do B1 or B2; etc…

    I pretty much want the layout as it is shown in the initial example…with some differences up near the header, etc.
