Hi, have you enabled the following feature Firewall -> Internet Bots in the plugin?

Are you allowing people to register into your site? If you are, have you enabled the following feature Enable manual approval of new registrations:? Have you also enabled Enable Captcha On Registration Page:?

Let me know if you need more help.

    Thank you

    1) Captcha is enabled.
    2) Honeypot is enabled too. I dont know whether this work or not?

Firewall- internet bots is enabled too.

Manual approval of new registrations will not solve this for me.

Any other solutions out there which can solve this issue.
what if we rename the “register” page will this block the bots?

    hey!
I am talking about the signup/register page.
1)Will this solve the issue of bots auto registration?
2)If there is any theme updates, will this affect?
    Please let me know.

Hi, it should help. However I am not sure how you have set up your site. Is this a membership site? Are you allowing people to register in your site?

Its an ecommerce site using woocomerce plugin. We need registration feature.
Even with the “Recaptcha” on the signup/register page , we still get bots registering.
IS there any solution to this problem?

Hi, if you are using WooCommerce plugin you might need to install a Google reCaptcha plugin for the registration form.

I guess you could try the following. However I am not sure if this will totally block all your bots.

Enable one of the following features.

    Completely Block Access To XMLRPC:
    Disable Pingback Functionality From XMLRPC:

To enable the above go to WP Security -> Firewall -> Basic Firewall Rules.

Let me know how you go.

    Thanks for the reply.
Will this affect my website? I do not want break my website.
Question : There is a captcha (math captcha) in register page( Wp-signup.php) and still get the user signups. Do these bots bypass your captcha features?

P.S i enabled registration captcha and honeypot captcha (wp-security)

Hi, no. It will not affect your website.

Read the information/instructions about each feature and select the one that best suits your site.

The captcha should block most bots however many times they try to log in via XMLRPC file.

Let me know if you need more help.
