How to stop .htaccess from redirecting every page on my domain

  • The way 2.1 handles the htaccess file it redirects everything on the domain back to index.php. However I have a subdirectory called /data/ which has non WP pages I need to access now when I try to access them, I get a WP 404 error.

    Any help on how I need to modify the .htaccess file would be greatly appreciated.
