How to stop preceiving emails from every topic on www.ads-software.com?

Hi !

When I logged in there was a question that said “subscribe to WordPress Forum?” I clicked yes, thinking it meant confirming that I have joined the forum.

Now, I get emails whenever someone comments on every single topic on the forum.

I don’t want to delete my account, but would like to stop receiving emails from every single topic, only those I actually subscribe to individually.

If anyone could guide me on how to do this I would be very grateful.
