How to stop search results from taking images from page other than featured

  • Search results are now showing not the featured image but random images from the post. Can I meta or function this somehow to fix this?

  • just add “noindex” tag in img src and i hope that will work

    Are you referring to your site’s internal search function, or the way your site appears in search engines? Could you give an example?

    Search engines. Sometimes its now showing an image from the page that isn’t the featured image (or even in the article) beside the title in search.

    Perhaps there’s a meta tag I can put around these sections to stop this from happening?
