Spambots are continuously trying to become users on my website. They cannot without purchasing an item successfully, however the failed orders will not stop. I am getting failed orders every 10 minutes. I wish they would leave me alone. One order went through with a payment to Pay Pal which I quickly refunded. How can I block these spambots? I do not see any setting in WooCommerce that has a “blocking” section. Any help is very much appreciated.

    Hi @stvdesigns ,

    Thanks for sharing the details.

Based on your message and nature of your issue, it seems like your site might be experiencing card testing activity. This type of fraudulent activity has been on the rise, especially during the holiday season. Our team is actively working on solutions to reduce its impact.

In the meantime, we recommend reviewing the steps outlined in our guide on how to respond to card testing.

For additional information, you can also check out this developer blog that provides more details on preventing card testing: Card Testing Attacks and the Store API.

Thank you for your understanding, and feel free to reach out if you have any further questions!
