how to stream live channel url?

hi,
i’m using jwplayer free version. i really dont know how can i stream through my website..

i watched some tutorials and did the same configuration but after going to my website, getting error

https://www.streaming.shopiptv.net/

couldn’t load plugin(chrome) or Playlist couldn’t load(safari)

like this is my stream(ip not showing)

https://xx.xx.xx.xx:8080/test/index.m3u8
