How do I put the header of the page in the hero image?

[my website] was made by using Elementor. The page has a hero image on the top and the header of the page is in the hero image.

I made the hero image in [my website] by using Kadence Gutenberg Blocks. I added a row layout in add block and then I clicked on design library and I selected hero 61. In this page then header of the page is on top and then the hero image is under the header. How do I make it like the about us page so that the header of the page is in the hero image?
