how to Style button and text?

For more customizations you need to use the button_class parameter, like

[redirect_to_post_button text="Don't click me!" button_class="my-stylish-button"]

and then you refer to that class name in the CSS:

.my-stylish-button {
 background-color: blue;
}

If you want to match the styling with your theme, you can use the same class names of their buttons here and see if that is sufficient to achieve the same view.
