    Hi team, this looks like a great plugin but in order to test need an account so would like some more info before I go through that process. (Maybe some faq questions)

    1.1 Once an order is placed it’s normally set to processing. When I’m ready how do I book a collection request?
    1.2 Does the booking of a collection set the order to complete?

    2. You mentioned it does use the parcel perfect API, what options do I have to control this? (Logo, url, email updates etc. API access?)

    Hi @paulka,

    Thank you for your questions.

    1. Sending a collection request only applies if the setting “send collection request automatically is unchecked in the settings of TCG. To do so, simply open the WooCommerce order, and click on the “order actions” dropdown menu. Then click on “send waybill to courier guy” and click the arrow to send it. Please note, the system doesn’t allow for manual waybill creation, and this will need to be done using the courier guy’s web client.

    2. Booking a collection has no effect on the order status of a WooCommerce order. As some companies prefer to mark their orders are complete once the order has been collected, whereas other companies prefer to mark as completed once the waybill has been booked.

    Hey Simi, thanks I did watch all the videos, but they don’t really discuss the frontend, or the workflow of processing a real order.
